"This hotel and the location is outstanding. Walking distance to everything around the old town. The value and quality of the rooms is excellent. Stuff at the front desk is always happy, super helpful and friendly which is one of the highlights of our stay. We have received some discounts for recommended places to eat and those restaurants were great too. 100% we will be back if we come back to Krakow. They had a paid parking for 200zl per day which was super convenient too. Glad we found this place!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Kraków! Our suite was beautiful and had both a private sauna and a jetted tub, which made the stay feel extra special. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of the Main Square. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging our day trips to Auschwitz and the Wieliczka Salt Mine, making everything very easy and convenient for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Kraków!"

"Great location to public transport and the old town center. We had a very large room, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very easy and quite a few choices. Coffee machine in the breakfast area was not the best, but otherwise a very nice hotel."

"Could not fault this hotel for cleanliness and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The only thing that was disappointing with our room was the shower rather small and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. The location was a 2 minute walk from the main market square and local shops and restaurants were close by."
