"Staff was very good, housekeeping did a great job, location is good. Hotel is very dated with a musty smell throughout. Windows are old so the sun beams right through and the AC can’t keep up. Reserved a harbor view room which was true, but it doesn’t face the skyline straight on as I anticipated."

"Great overall stay - front desk was incredibly helpful when we arrived early, and that's greatly appreciated. Room was adequate in size and the breakfast is definitely worth getting, strong recommendation. Great pool and workout area on the top floor, unfortunate part is that the pool has strange hours and wasn't open even when it was supposed to be. Would be a straight "5" across the board if there would have literally been a common area to sit/do work on a laptop, which is strange to not have in 2026. There was an option of an "Eaton Club" or something, which was additional costs, just to use a co-work space. Bummer for those of us on vacation that need to duck into over-night meetings without bothering others in the rooms."

"-modern, clean, functional room -big shower, good pressure, but shower temperature unstable -helpful staff -microwave, big fridge, very useful hot/cold water dispenser (in executive suite) -not exactly close to public transportation, but hotel provides shuttle to MTR station and Airside mall between 10:00 and 20:30 -nearby mall with supermarket and a few eateries -surrounding area is remarkably modern, spacious and relaxing for HK -rooftop pool is great at sunset, but has no shades during the day Will definitely consider staying here again"

"Bathroom size and water pressure was great. Carpets and walls needed a deep cleaning. Shower stall also needed work."
