"Our family s(7 adults, 2 children) stayed in this spacious villa for 3 nights. Rooms were clean but not the kitchen. Next day when we needed to iron , there was a problem with the outlet. The host took care of the problem providing an extension cord. Host seemed very friendly, thinking about comforts of guests. Communicated well. There were few problems. 10/10 Excellent

"Incredible hotel as expected. Dining was expansive and delicious, staff in the restaurant were fantastic also. Check-in was friendly and kind, we were offered an upgrade for a small extra charge which we opted for. We were also able to get late check out for no charge which was very helpful and impressive. The horizon lounge was great, very good food and cocktails and the views were beautiful. Room was large and luxurious, my only slight downside is cleanliness wasn't 100%, there was dust and hairs on some of the fixtures and lightswitches etc. The hotel is in a very busy area, despite being on the 31st floor we could hear music and base coming from a party location nearby up until 4am on one of the nights."

"Large property on the Lakeside. Lots of restaurants and facilities. Overall great stay with location suitable to walk to attractions or cheap tuk tuk from front of hotel. Only issue was the taxi quoted to airport was US73 vs US18 using uber. Needs to adjust the price now that everyone can see the uber costs to get anywhere. Otherwise enjoyed the stay."
