This place needs serious renovation. We stayed in building B. On the plus side, the view was nice and the bed was confortable. However, the bathroom got flooded into the room as soon as we attempted to shower. The staff was helpful and they cleaned the room and gave us new towels. The access to the room was through an unkept driveway or many stairs. We had luggage and no one helped. The hotel is 15 minutes by car from Old Town Kotor and there were just a couple of places to eat nearby. We did not have breakfast there because we left early. We were a little disappointed and not sure we would come back.

Great overall stay, not far from kotor old town. Great swimming in front. Breakfast in tue morning was delicious. Only complaints was ac didn’t work great, room was hot. Also my room had no hangers.

The hotel rooms are on par with a youth hostel. The view of the Bay of Kotor from our balcony was breathtaking—it's just a shame that two deafening AC units were placed right on it (my husband sustained a serious back injury from one of them). The key to the room (3rd floor with no elevator) required real effort to unlock the door, and we kept tripping over the raised threshold. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off, there was no water source in the kitchenette, there's no control over the outdated AC, and the 10 ml shampoo bottles were just sitting on the floor of the filthy shower.

Staff were very helpful and the bar was open late and they did food which was great. However the room and building could have been cleaner, and it felt a little run down. Small things like lack of lift made an big impact. Also pool is away for bar area so you don't get anyone coming to offer drinks (its up a hill beside a different building). That being said I think if you ordered at the bar the helpful staff would bring it to you. It's also a little out of the way and the bus service is not great. Overall for the price and fantastic staff it's perfectly fine. Just go in with your eyes open.

However, the condition of the room was extremely poor, the A.C. was disconnected, the shower cubicle drain was blocked, cold water doesn’t run from the sink when the geyser is turned on, there was a terrible stench, and mould was visible around the ceiling lights. This hotel was right on the bay with beautiful views. We were delayed for our arrival and were very pleased to see their restaurant was open until 23:00. The food was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. The parking was safe with plenty of spaces. It is a short drive to old town. The road is very narrow but added to the appeal.

Most friendly staff, good restaurant, location is perfect with beautiful views. Rooms are spotless clean, only not a lot of luxury (only body wash available, no watercoocker or iron and board). We had a wonderful time and like I said, the staff was the most friendly I ever experienced.

Beautiful property, right on the water. Parking can get a little crowded, but I can't say I've been anywhere in Montenegro where parking wasnt a little bit crowded. Staff was super friendly. The restaurant was memorable with a great view of the boats coming in and out of the bay. The room was spotless, with working A/c. Overall, would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel!!! My only complaints: No elevator. We stayed on the 3rd floor and no one helped us with our bags, and there is no lighting in the stairwell and was very dark at night . Could be dangerous. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. Great breakfast, beautiful views and the dinner at the restaurant was wonderful!

Very nice place with all you could ask for

Really nice 2 day stay here. Our arrival was complicated due to a grueling 13 wait at the border when driving over from Dubrovnik. So we texted them in advance and they made sure we that there was someone waiting to give us a late check-in. Location is really nice, staff friendly and attentive. Room was nice with good bed and really good shower. Good functioning a/c. Breakfast good not huge selection but some variety from day to day. Had dinner one night and were not overly impressed. Pool was also nice.

Property is set in beautiful surroundings and hotel is great with excellent service and food. Extremely comfortable and would highly recommend for staying local and swimming in pool and bay. However transfer is a total nightmare into Kotor old town..really unreliable bus service meant to go hourly but never does. Shortage of taxis cos catering for cruise ships in old Kotor and ripoff when u actually get one..could hire a car but roads are very narrow and congested and driving is not for the faint hearted!
