I stayed at the property for 12 days so I got to see and experience the hotel on another level. The hotel is dated they try to keep up with modern appearance, but it shows in the rooms. When I arrived the safe in my room wasn’t working but they fixed it immediately. The bed in my room needs to be replaced badly, so uncomfortable the longer I slept on it. The staff were super nice all of them never had a bad interaction. My main complaint would be housekeeping and mainly the person who came on the weekends asking for more tissue paper or toilet paper twice didn’t happen, I had to call up for my laundry to be brought back to my room. The gym is small and rarely running a/c. I ordered food and they told me they ran out of yogurt or cheese sometimes for days which I found odd and items on menu weren’t available. The hotel is located in a prime location. Great area. The pool is a highlight especially when watching sunset. I didn’t purchase breakfast with my room but had it twice and it was decent. I traveled solo never felt unsafe. Overall ok experience if I travel back to KK I’d stay again 1/2 my trip and book at another location for remainder.
