We liked the facilities, especially the Onsen, which had both inside and outside baths on the top floor with views over the city. The Ueno Park location was excellent, both for the neighborhood, the proximity to the park and its museums and monuments, and the easy access to transportation. We liked it enough to cancel the other hotel we had booked for our return to Tokyo at the end of our trip, and re-book here. "
