"This is definitely a RETREAT. If you love nature, just book this place already. There is NO TV in the room, which just allows you to disconnect with the world and connect with YOURSELF. The birds are so friendly and would land outside our balcony door, but they would not come in. As this is so close to the nature, do bring repellent if you are afraid of bugs. Many nature trails to walk and I wished I had stayed one more night, just so I can go for the trails. Too many things to do, too little time. Very nice place with many activities that allows you to spend time with nature. Managed to see wallabies along the road to and fro the resort! Too cute. Staff were very friendly and helpful, so you can rest assure that you're very well taken care of. There's a laundry room so you can do your laundry if needed too! Nice place. "

"Wallaby Ridge Retreat was a beautiful serene spot overlooking the valley, with a spa, pool and peace and quiet. A few of the wallabies were roaming around. Dan the manager was very helpful on hand for anything you needed. The little town of Canungra is close by with coffee shops etc. I would definitely recommend this lovely place. "Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "
