"The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and efficient which made the stay very pleasant. The hotel was very nice, the lobby area is a nice place to spend time, we visited in November when it was a little cold so it was nice to have a lovely lobby to spend time in the evenings. Hotel evening entrainment was good. We had a room on the 7th floor with partial sea view, which was very nice. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, there were so many options for dining throughout the day and night. We had booked a double room but I believe we were given a room for 3 as there was an extra single bed so the room felt very spacious. "

"We had a great time. Excellent facilities. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. All inclusive dining was just too good. We enjoyed all the three meals, everyday. Lots of variety and very delicious. The highlight of our experience was the dining. Beach and pools were very well maintained, very clean and neat. Overall it was a great experience. "We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly. "

"I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is ideally situated on the beachfront. There were lots of bars/ cafes/ restaurant for meals and snacks day and night. The beach was 50 metres away and the hotel provided beach towels (if required). The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with hot and cold options. The room allocated was a good size (I was a single occupant). It was very comfortable and cleaned very day. There was a good selection of TV channels and the wifi coverage was good. I used the gym but not the spa facilities. Despite being on the main road the hotel was quiet. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. In order to visit the old town of Antalya you would require to get a taxi or walk for 1 hour. "

"I can not say enough about this resort. Beautiful views, very helpful staff and the thing that stood out most was the professional staff and their response to whatever was needed. They were fast and friendly on a 24 hour basis. The food was great as well. This hotel/resort was one of the best places I’ve been. Plenty of restaurants and lounges and in walking distance to shops and other restaurants. When in Antalya, this will be my go to place. Thank you for an amazing experience."
