"Loved the location, the room, the lobby, the staff. We were so close to everything we wanted to see & check-in and out was smooth. the building is beautiful & so is the lobby! Only downfall, we didn’t love the included breakfast. Most hot food items were cold when we got there, so if you really want breakfast I suggest you go early. Also, my hair dryer died while I was using it on the last day. But other than that, absolutely loved it and would stay again!"

"We loved the hotel. It was in a fantastic close to everything we had booked. The breakfast was amazing. Good selection. The hotel was clean. Cooled water was accessible and it was clear the hotel were making attempts at sustainability. Would definately recommend to other visitors to Budapest. We were very happy"

"I stayed one night for business. The hotel is modern and newly renovated with a nice art-deco style that gives the hotel real character. The rooms are nice, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great with a large variety of foods as well as an omelette bar. The only two minor items, there were a couple of large tourist groups that seemed to take over the place. And then the fire alarm went off and we all dutifully went to the lobby where the staff was not concerned and seemed to say why are you down here....."

"Great location near Chain Bridge, backs onto pedestrian Fashion St. 15-20min. walk to Parliament Bldg, US Embassy, Opera house, Ruin Bars, excellent restaurants, the metro/trams/ Hop On Hop Off Bus. Excellent service! Fair pricing & no hidden charges. Free Wi-fi with Loyalty program sign-up. Very clean! Smells great! Amenities great: Nespresso cappuccino maker & refill pods, tea bags & stainless steel tea kettle (on request), Diptyque bath amenities, large plush bath towels & bathrobes, slippers, etc. Built-in cabinetry/ closets serve you well! Has a built-in luggage stand & a nice wooden folding luggage stand in room. Good AirCon! Comfy bed except their pillows. Their Concierge staff are very responsive: Dalma, Tamás, András. They gave us many sightseeing & shopping options, & were up-front about 30% hotel surcharge for any opera/tour ticket bookings. They made great restaurant recommendations & booked our reservations (no charge). Thank you! Breakfast Buffet extensive with free á la carte items like Eggs Benedict, Omelettes, Tofu Congee, cappuccinos, waffles + omelette station.Buffet: sausage, bacon, eggssalads, smoked salmon, breads/ pastries, tropical fruit & berries; smoothieCONS: feather pillows were Standard size & too small & thin for the oversize King bed. The “gatekeeper” older lady at breakfast seemed rude. Staff in the breakfast restaurant seem so serious & stressed. No accountability per table. Everyone served you in some way or another. Didn’t know who to tip!"
