"This was my 3rd stay in this apartment, I had to call them to get the check-in codes, the TV didnt work, I complained immediately but only after I reminded them, I received response on the LAST day… not good. But apartment is very good, and the location 2 minutes from Manufaktura is perfect. Plenty of free parking lots 2 minutes from apartment, and several high speed chargers for EV, also at Manufaktura. I will for sure book again."

I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access.
