What a fabulous and family friendly condo. Rosalynn, our host, quickly reached out with our reservation confirmation. She and her staff continued to respond quickly during our stay for minor questions. The condo itself was very well equipped for my family with boogie boards, a beach wagon to haul our gear, towels, blankets,etc to enjoy our beach days. The kitchen was a delight to cook in with not 1 but three ways to make coffee (a high priority for me) as well as just about any pot or pan you might need. Beds were comfy, living space was great, lanai was wonderful for morning coffee.

Great central spot on the island and easy to get around. The condo was perfect and accommodated my family so much better than a hotel room would’ve. The host was in contact whenever I had questions and was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone.

April in Kauai

We had an awesome time! Pool and hot tub was great, met many fun people there. The beach was a short walk away and got to see the turtles! Location was close to stores and restaurants, and not too far from Waimea canyon.

Paradise

This was an amazing spot with close walking distance to Poipu beach and shipwreck beach. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future. The couch bed was broken but we pulled the mattress out onto the floor and it worked great.

Great Home Away From Home!

Cute condo in a quiet condo complex that was just perfect for our stay in Poipu. The size was great, good size bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and kitchen. It was comfortable and clean. You can’t walk to a full grocery store so just be aware of that. I would definitely book again!

Property was exactly as shown on website. Great location, unit just steps away from pool, beach was a short walk away as well. Unit was clean and well stocked with supplies, communication with property manager was great. Would definitely here again.

Excellent Host

I was really looking forward to staying at this property! Unfortunately I was unable to make it to Kauai due to airline and weather related problems. Joel was quick to respond, very helpful and fair with the cancellation. I appreciated his professionalism. Would highly recommend!

First Visit to Kauai

Our stay was great! This place is as described: clean, spacious, quiet, and close to many beaches, etc. Upon booking, the host provided a detailed list of nearby activities and an easy to follow guide to the rental property. Check-in and check-out were simple. Would definitely stay here again!

I like the condo we stayed in, which was about just a short walk to the beach, very family and kids friendly. Parking spot was easy walkable to the condo (could use better instructions on how to find the spot). The house was kept very clean. Response from hosts were great as well. We found essentially everything we needed at the condo for just simple cooking etc. We enjoyed the place during our 4 day stay. The only problem I had while there was with the washer, it has some black appearing area at the rubber tube, smells moldy. I inquired about this on the day we checked out (didn't have to use the washer until the night before) with the host, with no response or address of the problem.

Lots of space, clean and convenient

We had everything we needed at this condo. My favorite part is always being so close to the path that leads to the Hyatt one way and to Poipu beach the other way. This condo is great- clean, we had coolers, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, salt and pepper, shampoo,... all the essentials. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Kauai condo

Overall stay was pleasant. Excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Only negative was issue with sofa bed. Owner was notified and pleasant. I would also replace the gray towels in the bathrooms. We tried to wash them several times and the smell of mildew still lingered. Not uncommon after several uses. Would recommend this condo to others.

Outstanding property and host!

We had a fantastic stay, and the property and host (Joel) exceeded our expectations. 10/10 stars! The property was exactly as advertised: Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped; walking distance to several great beaches, restaurants and resorts; complementary use of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.; air conditioned and with a pool and BBQ just steps away—we couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. And Joel was very quick and helpful with communication, even reaching out proactively to warn us of some inclement weather forecast during our trip. It was above-and-beyond great service. I highly recommend this property, and will definitely come and stay again.

Lovely stay

This property was amazing! It was just as advertised, looked exactly like the pictures. Wonderful location and we felt very safe and secure. Easy walk to poipu beach or a quick drive down the street to ample beach parking. We arrived late at night and the unit was easy to find and well lit. We have two teenagers and the condo was spacious and we could easily all have our own space. Ground floor and adjacent to the pool, so great for families. Other tenants and property staff were friendly. Very reasonable cost for the amenities and location. Highly recommend!

Great Family Getaway

Loved this location. So much room to spread out. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable--even the sleeper sofa. Beach accessories were a life-saver. Fun to. be right by the pool. We used the grills at the pool a few times. Even played tennis at the courts that are included in the complex. We had everything we needed!

Great Condo in a Great Location

We loved staying at this condo on Kauai. The condo is very clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches, and there is a wagon provided to carry everything to the beach. The resort area is beautiful and the condo had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans and silverware. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and bath supplies. The internet, TV and A/Cs worked well for the times we just wanted to rest at the condo. The Poipu area is a great location with lots of things to do, very nice beaches and great food nearby. We loved our time on Kauai!

We were delighted with our stay. The kitchen is well-provisioned; the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the patio. The location is ideal, with two outstanding beaches within walking distance. We used the washer-dryer. The pool and jacuzzi are popular, but we only used them once - we kept going back to the beaches for snorkeling, beach walks, playing in the surf, and watching the seals and turtles. The apartment is well-provisioned with beach towels, snorkeling and beach gear. The owner responded quickly to questions. If you are coming in after dark, the keypad to get access does not light up until you touch one of the numbers. Parking is limited to a single space.

Most favorite about this venue is location and ease of use. A 5minute walk to two different beaches for kids to boogie board or wade/snorkel and play at the playground. Equipped with all beach items a family may need. Less than 5 minute driving distance to shopping area and restaurants and grocery needs. Quite condo complex, clean, landscaped and maintained. Pool, hot tub, and BBQ option conviently located next to this unit. Ground floor, equipped excellent with washer/dryer, towels, beach towels, cooking utensils, blender/coffee/toaster ammenities. Would hands down visit again!!
