Our experience at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa was truly unforgettable! We stayed here for our wedding and part of our honeymoon, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. From the exceptional welcome at check-in to our absolutely stunning Ocean View Penthouse, everything was perfect. The resort is breathtaking, with beautiful pools, a gorgeous beachfront setting, outstanding facilities, and delicious food. The team was also wonderful about accommodating my husband's celiac disease, which meant so much to us. A particularly heartfelt thank you to Beer, who coordinated our wedding and went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed of and more. His dedication, kindness, and attention to detail were extraordinary. We also want to recognize Copter, June, Fai, Aom, and Ple from the restaurant team. They were all so genuinely kind, thoughtful, attentive, and welcoming. Their exceptional hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Nikki Beach is worth every penny. The property is stunning, but the people are what truly make it special. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate our wedding and honeymoon, and we would return without hesitation. Thank you for memories we'll treasure forever!

Nice stay!

Lovely stay at Nikki beach - staff at the check in were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the room was nice with a very comfortable bed. It is on the quieter side of the island which is lovely with a clean beach, which we preferred as the pool was way too hot. The food at the hotel after breakfast was quiet expensive and not as nice as the cafe across from the hotel ‘moms’

Great vibe and food but needs refurbishment

As the first hotel of the Nikki chain, the hotel does require an extensive refurbishment to restore its former glory but the vibe, the food and the service makes up for it. If you want sunsets, it’s perfect for it!

Nikki Beach Resort “Koh Samui” is the finest, most friendly, well run resort that I have ever visited. I have visited a few resorts too. The staff and management are so efficient and kind, the Western World could learn a lot from the beautiful, generous, gracious Thai people!

On the quieter side of the island. Close to the Lipa Noi Port, which is great if you are going to the mainland by car and Raja Ferry. Fantastic room! Great pools. Nice beach.

Amazing! Super generepus hotel with everything high end in the rooms. Location is perfect the food and the vibes too! The gym is small but super high end machines and it is open 24/7. The spa is great and the in house shop too! Nikki beach never disappoint in any country! I would def return! LOVE it!

We had the honeymoon suite which looked directly over the water. The view was amazing. 30 meters from the beach, which is tiny, but lovely to swim in. I should have done my research a bit better as this particular suite is the closest to the 'Day Club' and loud music plays from noon until sunset. The service was friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel in a quiet area

We had a great stay at Nikki Beach Samui. We booked a garden villa and enjoyed our luxurious room. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel has great facilities. The hotel is located in a more quiet area of Samui. The only minor downside for us was the fact that the minimum spend for the beach club also applies to hotel guest. Although hotel guests receive a discount on the minimum spend amount, we found this a bit strange. Especially since we booked a villa which is one of their most expensive rooms.

On behalf of myself and partner thank you for our stay it was truly wonderful. I felt so looked after really the staff are so genuine and kind.i had a bit of a disaster and sprained my ankle down some steps The lady at the beach club was so kind and attentive bringing me ice and a lovely soothing balm and plaster,again when I had a horrendous blister they gave me alcohol,dressing and gauze I couldn’t believe how nice everyone was assisting me getting around it made the trip really lovely despite being a bit injured from bad footwear! The food is simply exquisite we particularly loved breakfast such lovely tentative staff made me smile always The bbq and fire show was outstanding and we absolutely loved our day lounging at the beach club The rooms are spotless really beautiful and well layed out. the communication is the best I have ever received wit any company. Housekeeping were such a bunch of gorgeous people always making every effort to provide us with such comforts The view and situation is tranquil and serene I really enjoyed my stay with the team at Nikki beach and I hope they are forever treated with the grace and respect they treat there customers with Much love

From the moment we arrived at Nikki Beach Koh Samui, we felt like VIPs. The property is absolutely stunning, with an unparalleled level of luxury and attention to detail. The in-room dining was truly exceptional – some of the finest we've ever experienced. And the convenience of direct pool access from our room, complete with a private lounge area balcony, was pure bliss. But the most unforgettable part of our stay was our engagement on the beach. Nikki Beach provided the perfect backdrop for this special moment, creating a memory that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Recommended stay in Koh Samui

Nikki Beach is in the calmer, more enjoyable, western part of Koh Samui, from which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The hotel design is very nice, and curated, both in indoor and outdoor areas. Common areas are really beautiful, and the room we stayed in was very spacious and kept very clean. Bonus points for the balcony, that was also very spacious: an amazing place to chill and recharge. Breakfast was very good and varied, and service was of very high level: all the staff was helpful and kind. We also tried the spa, which was a good experience. The only annoying part for me was the dj music in one of the pools, from around midday: you could not hear it from the rooms, but in the breakfast and restaurant area it was a bit too much for me. The other, calmer and longer pool was amazing also to swim.
