Ive stayed for a few days and stuff members from the hotel manager to restaurant employees are extremely nice and pay attention to small details. With a constant interest in your experience both at the hotel and outside of the property made a huge different. BTW, amazing restaurant acctoss the street

It is a nice property with friendly staff. I liked the location very much. The only issue I had was the bathroom smelled like sewer so if the window was closed during the day the room smelled awful

Really nice location, laundry service, and this hotel has a premium quality restaurant downstairs. Staff here are incredible, polite, hospitable and very accommodating for guests. We would recommend this place to everyone for short visits.

Very central location for access to restaurants/bars/clubs. The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There are stairs to walk up, but it is a wide staircase so handling luggage was no problem. The set breakfast in the morning was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay in Chaweng

Me and my two teenage daughters absolutely loved this cozy hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Located in a tranquil part of Chaweng with only 50 meters to the lovely beach and also to the shopping/ restaurant street we States in a tripple deluxe room. Nice breakfast menu to chose from provided a soft start of our 13 days stay and the restaurant also offered lovely Italian and Thai lunch and dinner. Just beside the hotel you’ll find a minimarket for drinks and snacks, very handy before and after beach life. We would definitely recommend and stay here again upon returning to Koh Samui. The room was nice and pretty clean. However the general feeling was not welcoming… check in is at 3pm and as I arrived at 1pm they wanted to charge 500 Baht so I just left my luggage there until check in. When I came back my luggage was not there and the staff had no idea where they put it… turned out they put it in another persons room which was not nice. I came here to find some sleep and rest that I unfortunately couldn’t get. My room was right at the restaurant part which was fine but when they started doing manual work and drilling right outside my room I was really disappointed. This is just a personal experience and maybe I suffered under unlucky circumstances.

Great place to stay. The restaurant was great, too

Clean room. Owner decorated the room, not staff. The staff was helpful and amazing. Laundry was by weight, which is better than by item. Above and beyond. Could use an elevator.

I really can’t believe some of the negative reviews I was aware of the check in time of 3pm before I arrived I was greeted by a friendly man who had me brought a iced tea while we did the check in formalities and he had a room ready for me a hour earlier than the stated time I had the economy room and I was completely happy with it and can’t believe the person who said it was one step above dormitory accommodation it was implacably clean

Awesome Boutique Hotel - best location

Jeb and her staff were outstanding, she has a core group of employees that have been with her for a long time which is a testament to Jeb's enthusiasm for the business. Pung, Dia, Gel and Nunna were all extremely helpful and kind. The restaurant is very nice and serves deliciously food at reasonable prices. The rooms were well appointed with nice showers, a very comfortable bed and a selection of different firmness of pillows. There are numerous little sanctuary areas in the hotel to spread out and relax which I saw many people take advantage of. The location is unbeatable with a 2 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute walk to the main entertainment district. The Central mall is about a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minutes in a Tuk Tuk. It is a very quiet area while only being steps away from all the fun. I hope they will invite me back!! I really enjoyed my 6 week stay.

Disappointing as the hotel is lovely.

I booked a triple deluxe room, for 3 people. on arrival at 3:30pm they advised room was not ready. Came back at 6pm for them to give me a room with one double bed. Told reception this room was incorrect and I needed moving to the correct room that I paid for, the lady then Advised they’d given my room to a solo traveller who they would not ask to swap with. As at effort to say sorry they offered me a mattress on the floor and 15% discount at the Resturant which is a joke. Difference in room price that I booked and that I was given was over £40. Unable to walk around in the room due to mattress and also had a large window into the bathroom with no privacy

I fail to understand the ratings this Hotel has received other than I believe some are fake.This hotel is one step up from a Hostel. One review said they loved the amenities…there are NONE. There is no lift so we had 3 flight of stairs to negotiate in an an area of no air conditioning. There is an on the street open air restaurant that is where breakfast is served. Breakfast is a choice of 4 set meals with any deviation being almost impossible. The young woman serving breakfast acted like she hated her job and being there. There is no air conditioning except in the rooms fortunately ours worked ok. Our room consisted of the bed and bathroom with one tiny window about 18x36”located on the side of a seating area. The view pictures shown in Expedia are very deceptive more like fraudulent. The room and bathroom was very sparsely and dimly lit.I am older and negotiating the un-air conditioned stairs was a once or twice a day activity for me…maybe that was an amenity. Being close to the street the noise at times was annoying at other times ok. There was a small flat screen TV on the wall and if you had a streaming subscription such as Prime or Netflix you had something to watch otherwise zero. As you can imagine I would never stay here again. The Pros: Most of the staff was helpful some were friendly. The room A/C worked well. The Cons: Everything else.
