"the design or the vertical one is AMAZING and kinda of an erratic experiencer for a city person like me which i absolutely love and enjoy. the facility and amenities were in good confition and clean. the only downside is the contact line doesnt work."

"The hotel room was amazing. Large, clean, and comfortable. The location is a little out of the way if you’re not driving. The 20 minute walk to the train station was quite a hike up and down the mountain, but it was a lovely hike with great views. I’d totally stay here again "

"Arima grand hotelhas shuttle to and from the bus station. The staff, amenities and the whole property were top notch. The souvenir shop had some of the top items from town. The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended! "
