"Overall modern business hotel, clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom size were adequate for a single traveler. Breakfast options provided good value, food was prepared fresh on the spot and tasted delicious. The reception, cafeteria, and room service staff were top notch, friendly, courteous and very well trained in their respective areas of responsibility. The cafeteria was serving breakfast daily between 7:00-9:30am, but was open and accessible to hotel guests 24 hours / 7 days with unlimited hot/cold beverages, access to toaster oven/microwave, utensils and sit down dining facilities. The property also included access to 2 washer/dryer machines with clear and easy to follow instructions in English; status of the machines (available or in-use) was also available remotely via hotel's TV system. Overall A+ hotel that made a 3 week stay in the beautiful Metropolitan Kobe region extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended!"
