"Here’s a more elevated, luxury-travel version while still sounding genuine and personal: We had an exceptional stay at BlueSotel Smart Krabi and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. We decided to upgrade our room at check-in, and the staff graciously accommodated us with an early check-in, which was such a wonderful way to begin our stay. The entire property feels modern, stylish, and beautifully maintained. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight—the stunning views, beautiful setting, and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The location is another major plus. The hotel is just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and access to take the speedboat to the other islands, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling like a relaxing escape. We would absolutely stay at BlueSotel Smart again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish and memorable stay in Ao Nang, Krabi."

"Several swimming pools -- not to mention the Andaman Sea right at the hotel. An unexpected plus was the wildlife I saw -- a few huge birds flying through the tall trees, monkeys swinging in the trees, even a water monitor"

"Great hotel for families and some of the staff were excellent. Other staff were lazy and disappointing. Management has ignored my attempts to provide direct feedback about some serious areas of concern. Seems to be getting renovated. We tolerated poor water pressure, leaking AC unit over the bed, and nails being trimmed by staff in the dining area. If you don’t have high expectations from the service it’s a good place for kids and family. It’s a shame the hotel has so much potential, just needs to employ a strong manager."

"Ultimate luxury in the heart of Ao Nang. Made to order breakfast was so delicious and fresh every morning. Both pools on the property were immaculate as was the one located in our room. That’s right a private pool in your room. Rooms were very clean with small free snacks and macaroons every night. Perfect stay. My girlfriend and I had the time of our lives here. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and resorts around the world and this is THE best hotel you can ever stay at. I’ve stayed at some good ones before too like Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons but this tops any of those places. So clean and modern. When staying in Ao Nang or Krabi you will not regret staying here at all."
