"When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. Absolutely fantastic stay lovely area...

"I booked 2 rooms sea view, Queen beds and balcony. Our room was tiny with a double Bed not queen. Whilst the other room was much larger with queen bed and large walk in shower. I paid the same rate for both these rooms Unacceptable in my view."

"My son was charge to use the gym. No airconditioning and extremely hot and humid . Each room was provided with small electric fan. No more, no less. They did not lend us another fan when my husband requested one. The location is great though."
