"Everything was fine but when it came to breakfast we had to wait over an hour and when it arrived was not very nice, undercooked sausages, gluten free bread given to someone who didn't have a gluten allergy, no cups available for drinks and a giant milk jug which milk poured out of like a fountain. Obviously very understaffed in the restaurant."

"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."
