"San Teodoro Boutique Hotel in Korčula, Croatia was a wonderful stay in a beautiful small town. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortably designed, with a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Its convenient location made it easy to explore Korčula’s charming streets, harbor, and nearby attractions on foot. A relaxing and enjoyable experience overall, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting this lovely island."
"The property is probably the best location for enjoying the old town area. It looks directly at the old town and marina. The rooms do not have windows conducive to looking at the view from within but does have a nice little deck for each room weather permitting. Good value for the price. Stayed in April shoulder season and much in town was closed."
"Our stay in Villa Antonio was lovely. The property is only 5 mins drive from marina with Ferry to Korcula island, and all the restaurants. This Mediterranean style villa is facing the Adriatic Sea and the views are amazing! You can see several islands and the sunset colors are so pretty! The villa is surrounded by vineyards and has lemon and orange trees everywhere. Our room was very nice with comfortable beds, clean linens, great hot shower, and a cute balcony overlooking huge salt water pool and the sea. The property also has plenty of parking. Antonio himself greeted us and was there every morning for breakfast to make sure we have everything we need! Him and Yasna were so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing, with fruits, fresh baked breads, crapes, omelette, prosciuttos and cheese, different cake every morning, their own jams, olive oil, and honey!
It was my husband’s birthday and Antonio gave him a bottle of wine from his own winery at the villa. The villa and the winery were started by Antonio’s mother, so her legacy is carried on to this days and you can find memorabilia and her antiques throughout the property. We felt like we were visiting a family, not just staying at the resort! "
"The hotel’s location on the edge of charming Orebić is the only real strength; everything else reflects a tired, poorly maintained property that has slid well below its advertised star rating. The room smelled of smoke and damp, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable from the start. We waited more than two hours to check in despite arriving after the standard check‑in time, and front desk staff refused to contact a manager, explaining it was Easter Sunday. The food is closer to a roadside diner or basic motel buffet than a hotel restaurant, and although the waiting staff try their best, we ended up eating bread with cheese and deli meat for most meals. Overall, this feels like a once‑decent 3‑star hotel that has gone downhill, and the great location does not make up for the state of the rooms, the poor dining, and the indifferent service; I would recommend staying elsewhere."

8/10 Good
"The room was cleaned but no available bathrobe and you pay extra to have room clean/tidy up. However, for the price during our stay, it is not really a big issue."
"This hotel resort proved to be a wonderful choice. The room is simple, but large. The upkeep on the property is very nice. We wish we had scheduled more than one night on the island and at this resort."
