"I spent one night at Hotel Warmbaderh. It was absolutely lovely. The hotel arranged for my pickup/dropoff at the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room and facilities were clean. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! I used the spa at the hotel as well as the included spa services at Terme Karnten. "The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "We really loved our 3 night stay at Garni hotel Miklic. We were warmly greeted at the beginning of our stay and every interaction we had with the Miklic family and their staff enhanced our time in Kranska Gora. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely return. "

"Eine sehr schöne und renovierte Pension. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön. Auch das Bad war sehr neu und qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl eher gering und bei größeren Andrang schnell aus. Es wird aber in wenigen Minuten nachgeliefert. Ich denke dass sich das auch nach der Neueröffnung etwas einspielen muss. Preis/Leistung definitiv ausgezeichnet. Gerne wieder für einen Kurztrip."
