"After my cousin raised an issue there was phlegm in one of the sinks theyd explained they would fix it. Only to then come back and for it to still be there. Wrank!"

"I travelled on my own, the hotel was incredible, in a beautiful place, the room I had was a single apartment and it was fantastic, clean and tidy, sofa, bed, table, fridge, kitchen sink, tv, desk, bathroom was outstanding, clean, bath and shower, large mirrors, sink, clean toilet and a beautiful view with wide opening windows in the main room. Staff are very helpful and polite, helped with ordering cab to leave, the bar in reception is so refreshing, all the nice seats, stalls and tables spread around the bar, nice peaceful outside seating for drinks and eating, smoking. A McDonald’s across the road from hotel entrance, and a massive Germany supermarket across the road from hotel with everything a traveller would need, I mean EVERYTHING. One of the most peaceful and friendly places I have ever been too, a propa German town."

"Booked an apartment room (executive studio) and hotel staff at first refused to admit this was the case as they did not understand the room type names. Allocated a standard room and told that was all that was available. Hotel management them the next day acknowledged their mistake but did not apologise or offer a refund for the price difference for the downgraded room, they offered a measly 17 euro free breakfast for the remaining two mornings. Shocked doesn’t cover how I felt and the hospitality was non-existent - in fact they made me feel like it was my problem or indeed my fault for booking with a third party! Hotels.com honestly I can’t fault (apart from various back and forth messages and calls) as they refunded the difference in cost without too much hassle and were very understanding, polite and apologetic. Oh had I had one free breakfast - it was awful and wouldn’t recommend. The room was at least clean and a good standard."

"My stay at H4 Hotel in Leipzig was absolutely fantastic. Staff went above and beyond, especially the front desk and restaurant staff during the morning and evening. The room was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was huge, with fresh fruit, vegetables, and delicious coffee. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes away from a shopping center and a recreation center. It is our favorite hotel when we visit family. "
