"Hotel was not accepting the booking made under Expedia and rejected my check-in on the spot quoting that I did not paid the full amount when I did. Hotel was asking for extra Cash upon check-in or else i will not get the room. Called to OYO for help but service attitude was rude & bad. Only know how to push the matter back and forth to Expedia and OYO Finance team!
