"You get all amenities but no A/C only a fan. TV is huge. One bed was baseboard only...."

"We liked the whole set up of the studio. It had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious and had a very functional kitchenette with all the necessities. It was odd to not have a person present to assist with checking in, however, the instructions in emails prior to our arrival as well as on site, were very clear. The property is close to the train station as well as to a grocery store and all the sites of the old town. The main draw back was with getting a hold of someone if you have...

The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

"Schöne Wohnung, gute Betten, Lage gut. Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Kühlschrank frostet zu sehr. 2. TV ohne Kanalverbindung? 3. Abfluss im Bad war sehr träge. "
