"We absolutely loved our stay! The town was beautiful, and the hotel was perfect for us. The people who manage the hotel were wonderful, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start our mornings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Germany. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!"

"I stayed 3 nights. It was pleasant and mostly friendly. I had a slight problem with my room in that at first there was a slight Sulphur smell in the bathroom. The room itself was adequate. It needed a bit of TLC. The staff were mostly friendly. The breakfast was very good, apart from the coffee. The hotel was well situated for walking to everything. I definitely would recommend the hotel."

"Good: Nice hotel close to city centre, 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent with great varieties. Not so good: Could hear upper floor people walking and doors closing. Bad: maybe the language barrier, the reception lady did not repeat the parking instructions and said to park any spot underground. But the hotel elevator was behind the closed gate in the garage. I had to walk up to her, then she told me to press the buzz by the gate, she would open the gate for me to park inside. When checking out, another reception lady insisted that I had returned the room card. So we took our luggage down to the garage, loaded them in our car. Then I went up to reception to check out and went back down to our car. When driving up the ramp, the gate arm would not open! I had to backup our car to the garage (luckily no car behind) and went back to reception to complain. So many times back and forth, what a waste of time!"
