Three Floors of Intentional Living

Casa Lala's architecture is deliberate: each floor has its own purpose, its own energy, and its own reason to linger. Top level - where the ocean commands the room. The entire top floor opens up to spectacular, panoramic Atlantic views. The spacious living area flows into a large dining space and a fully stocked, chef-quality kitchen, complete with an oven with built-in air fryer, premium appliances, 2 dishwashers, and enough pots, pans, and equipment to make even ambitious cooks feel at home. A wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker sits steps from the dining table. Step onto the furnished sunrise deck for your morning coffee, or cross to the covered sunset deck when evening arrives. When the day winds down, gather in the private theater room for movie night. Two dedicated work desks and a gas fireplace (perfect for shoulder season stays) round out this exceptional level. A half bath is on this floor.

Mid Level - designed entirely for rest. All five bedrooms are on this single level — a rarity that makes coordinating families, kids, and early risers infinitely easier. Three king en suites (two with private oceanfront deck access), one additional king bedroom, and a bunk bedroom sharing a Jack and Jill bath. Every bedroom features high-end mattresses, smart TVs, USB charging, closets, and generous storage. A full laundry room with state-of-the-art washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is on this level — because a week-long vacation should never mean a suitcase crisis.

Ground Level - the entertainment hub. Pool table (converts to ping pong), board games, a bar cart, high-top seating for six, a mini fridge stocked with cold drinks, and a TV lounge ideal for gaming or overflow movie watching. Direct sliding door access to the pool and hot tub. A half bath is on this level.

Outdoor Living: Your Private Resort

Step outside and the indulgence continues. The private pool (approx. 28' x 11') is the centerpiece of the backyard, surrounded by lounge seating and a Bluetooth sound system. A private dune top deck looks directly out over the beach — the best seat in Southern Shores for a golden-hour drink. Walk directly to the sand from the backyard through private beach access.

Casa Lala is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
