Bella Vista Beach Cottage is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in North Duck called Sanderling. This neighborhood has many permanent residents, so adherence to quiet times is very important (no loud music or activities from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM). The Sanderling Pool and Racquet Club is available seasonally for guest use from June to October.



The neighborhood features a pond that is a popular fishing spot as well as nature walking trails and the home is located right at the edge of a dreamy canopy of live oaks!

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★

After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



★ GUEST VERIFICATION WITH TRUVIi ★

To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification platform. You’ll receive a direct message from Truvi to complete your verification. Please complete this step before check-in. Visit Truvi’s website to learn more.



★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ COMMUNITY POOL AND TENNIS ★

Guests will have access to the Sanderling Swim and Racquet Club. It is open from mid-May through mid-October.



★ GOLF CARTS, RVs, CAMPER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS COMMUNITY



★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.



★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.



★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★

For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.
