The staff was attentive, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure the guests were comfortable. Our room had a bath fed by hot spring water so we could then soak in the comfort of our room. All in all, a wonderful experience"

There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...

"Old hotel but refurbished inside. Staff so friendly and rooftop pool great but they need to sort out the lifts as you can only call the pool lift by using the disabled button. Breakfast was ok but did not change any day and food choices were bizarre with a battered food station and spag bol for breakfast."
