Limited public transport so need to rely on Lyft or Uber. There is Sunrail station close by which can take you, Monday - Friday ,as far as Sanford.
It is great for visiting Winter Park. You can also explore Sanford using a free trolley bus. Please note service is normally once per hour, it does not run late and not operational at the weekends or public holidays.

Guests can access all areas of the home including the garage.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home but you can smoke on the pool deck as long as all debris is disposed of with care.
Trash goes in outside cans. Recycling goes in loose - no glass please
Cans should be promptly pulled back in once emptied
Cars should not be parked on grass or blocking the sidewalk
Respect quiet times posted in the community
