I recently rented this home for the very first time, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! From the moment I inquired, the process was seamless and stress-free. The property itself exceeded all my expectations— clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need.The location is perfect, offering both tranquility and convenience, with easy access to local shops, dining, and attractions. Communication with the host was exceptional—they were friendly, responsive. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and effortless. I truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. As a first-time renter, I was nervous about what to expect, but this home completely reassured me that renting can be an enjoyable and worry-free experience.I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a dependable, comfortable, and beautifully maintained rental. I will absolutely be returning for future visits!

We truly enjoyed our stay and would rent here again. The host pretty much thought of everything. Aside from a few lights not working, everything else was great. They were thoughtful to put special touches around the house and responsive with communication.

It was so nice that our host provided some healthy foods and also cereal and snacks upon our arrival-'this was much appreciated after a long trip! Great game room, pool, well equipped kitchen, washers and dryers, and even paper products, spices, and detergents/cleaning items so we did not have to purchase that. Two refrigerators were helpful and coffee wad provided. The host was responsive and overall we had a very good experience!! Would recommend!!

Hands down best vacation home we have stayed in as family. Roomy..enough space for everyone!! Grandkids loved the Big tub as they called it...easy no fighting bath time. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio lenai. The little goodies that were left were perfect.. we simply can't say enough! THANK YOU for a memorable family vacation. We will probably be back.. see you then!!

The property is just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. You are in a cul-de-sac and the house backs up to water, so it gives you plenty of breathing room. You don't feel like you are on top of your neighbors. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked at the house for breakfasts and dinners. We had everything we needed to cook meals. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was stocked with plenty of water in all the fridges as well as snacks and even a salad and muffins for us. They went out of the way to make us feel at home. The house was not super close to Disney or Universal but we knew that when we booked. We didn't mind the 30 to 45 min drive, depending on traffic. because it was less hectic by the house. We took a day off from the parks and because it was not super close to them, we were able to relax and enjoy the pool in a quiet neighborhood. Walmart and other stores are close by. We loved that the house came with a playpen, high chair and stroller. We definitely utilized all 3 of them. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay here again if we return.

Extremely good value and spacious for the 6 of us, allowing most of have a bedroom of our own. Quiet location and close to all major attractions. The welcome pack of snacks, cakes, cereals and large supplies of bottle water was a very pleasant surprise.

The house was very nice just as advertised and the host was very nice and accommodating they had a salad and muffins for us when we arrived and many snacks for the kids in our group we had a very nice stay will stay again if we come back to Kissimmee loved this house.

The house felt like home immediately. The host was great at anticipating needs with thoughtful touches all around. The host was responsive and helpful anytime I reached out during our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

Away with my boys

Took a week to get together with my sons. We had a great time, a great place to stay and everything was great except the weather. But go figure, right. Thank you to both the owner Julianne and Robert for making/keeping everything so nice and inviting.

We had everything we needed and then some! We were so surprised to see some treats when we arrived! Every appliance you could ever need was available. My kids enjoyed many hours in the pool!

Host left water, snacks, sodas to enjoy. There was plastic silverware and plates. Lots of appliances and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Some of the pots and pans could use updating and some of the appliances you can see the abuse making them unusable for our stay. Maybe consider another hot water heater. Difficult to take a bath after all the showers and still have hot water.

We had such a great stay at this home! The owner’s provided the essential items such as coffee, complimentary snacks for the kids, toiletries, etc. We have stayed at another home in the area that was very restrictive, only allowing us to use 3 garbage bags so we were pleasantly surprised when this home provided everything we needed for our stay. We will likely book our next trip to Florida around the availability of this home!

We had a great time, the villa is in a good location, very comfortable beds and sun all day around the pool, unfortunately we couldn’t get the pool lights to work but that didn’t spoil our fun and the snacks we found on arrival were greatly appreciated. Great stay

Overall we enjoy this location. This is our 4th or 5th stay. The snacks at arrival are so amazing. The pool is fantasic. Location to all activities is great. There were a small few details that we email tbe property manager about.
