The property was in a very convenient and quiet/peaceful location with good facilities nearby. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped (although we couldn't find a hairdryer which would have been useful) and we enjoyed our stay very much. We'd recommend and would stay again."

"The cottage was lovely, beds very comfortable. Decoration great, each room had its own character. Shower superb. Kitchen had everything you could need. The cottage has a lovely garden with table and chairs which would be great in the summer. There is parking right outside. All in all a great cottage. Stayed with a friend and my dog. Good Fish and Chip shop around the corner (had the Haddock with chips and curry which was delicious and a good portion size) and a sandwich bar that serves breakfast items too (bacon butties recommended). Really good bakers across the road with numerous choices. Close to Montrose town centre and beach and on the way in from Dundee and the North. Benefit of Netflix on site and free WiFi. "We had a lovely week at Cotlea East Cottage. Friendly and welcoming hosts, nice welcome gifts. The cottage was so clean and very comfy. Was such a nice place to relax after our trips out. Managed to sit out in the garden too, with lovely views. The shower is amazing!"
