"Small and convenient little efficiency. Modern appliances and bath. No elevator to the second floor but not a problem for me. What was a problem and the reason foe the star reduction was the hot water ran out on all three showers I took. That’s kind of a deal breaker for me. If you take short showers, you will be fine. But two people or one person taking a long shower and you will be in lukewarm water at best. "

"Loved our stay in this cool 1 bedroom condo. Nice people upstairs, made us feel welcome. Parking spot right in front of entry, made transferring our things in and out very easy. Perfect location for places we wanted to visit too! Loved the XL TV, able to log in to our own streaming accounts while there. Had everything we needed, except had only plastic cups to drink from, so we bought glasses at a local thrift store, and will bring our own glasses if we stay again. French doors that others have...

"We stayed almost a week due to HS Graduation. The property was clean, no problem. We had to constantly wash silverware not enough to use. No mirrors to see how you looked. Laundry room you had to plug the light in so you walked into a dark room. I question the way the electrical wiring was done. We couldnt get AC to work in LR so the room was warm as a few days were very warm outside. No ceiling fans. Light switches confusing Tv we could only get Netflix. Bedrm tv was fine. Little to no closet...
