"Fantastic resort in all aspects."

"Checked in and went to the room only to find someone's name on the tv welcome screen. Reported it several times. Took 4 days for it to be sorted. The was an issue with the air con in the room. Couldn't turn it down as temp just kept creeping up. Room was excessively hot even with the air con off. Had to open the door."

"Our stay at the Imperial Turkiz Resort was very disappointing from the start. We arrived at 2 a.m., and the receptionist was unhelpful, giving no clear directions to our room. The hallway was dark, and the room was hard to find, especially with a baby. We also noticed other guests being escorted, which made us feel overlooked. The room was not what we booked sea view. Although called an “upgrade,” it was far away, dusty, and had a terrible smell from the shower drain. Staff said it was due to the room not being used and offered no real solution. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. The baby cot we requested in advance was missing, and when it arrived, the staff member seemed annoyed. Housekeeping was poor—we had to repeatedly ask for cleaning, towels, and basic service. Even then, it was inconsistent. Maintenance was also disorganized, with a late-night visit waking our baby unnecessarily. The food was fresh and enjoyable, and the hotel itself looks luxurious, but service was far below expectations. Communication was difficult as many staff spoke little English. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and customer care made our stay unpleasant. We would not recommend this hotel."

"The property provided neat and clean room alongwith cofee and breakfast. However the room was slightly congested for a family with kids, I was expecting slightlg bigger room. Also the swimming pool was not functional during our stay, as well as they have restriction on ordering/bringing food from outside during 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, mainly to promote their in-house restaurant -something one may not prefer when staying for a few days there."

"Best experience ever. Travelling as a big family together can be stressful. We arrived early and welcomed by the staff front desk. Mr Ismael the night manager made sure comfortable. The hotel us early check in and breakfast. Mr Kayvan the guest relation manager whom spook 7 languages. helped us a lot. He upgraded our rooms with extra charges. this hotel hospitality, and the quality of real five star . we enjoyed the clean rooms and receiving fruit baskets and sweets, daily. The food, and the restaurants and beach restaurant was so fresh so good quality with so much varieties. We used swimming in the beach in the pool water park and sauna and Turkish bath daily. We also got a good deal with that group massage which was a good experience. Our ride back to airport was managed by the hotel. If you wanna feel luxury and safe and enjoy every bit of your trip this resort is the answer. Make sure connect with Mr. Kayvan for all the possible solutions . The dinner st the terrace felt very luxury and the kebabs and staffs professionalism, such a great atmosphere and treat with family. It was the stress-free vacation best experiences ever there was a disco night very very organized for people to dance use Shisha Hoka. They had music by turn EnglishTurkish Russian and Persian. Mr Kayvan thank you so much.with our scuba diving and other tourism activities. Thanks to all the staff/workers. They worked so hard and respecting all the guest equally No staring or uncomfortable behaviour"
