"Unbelievable experience!! Loved everything about this castle… if you want to stay in a 750+ year old castle with unbelievable staff, stay here! Restaurant was great, food amazing… Ano (not sure if I spelled it right) and his wife (and staff) were unbelievably accommodating. Highly recommend staying here! Definitely worth the trip and money… can’t wait to come back!"

"We got spectacular winter weather, so the view and balcony were quite wonderful. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute. I had the small but well-appointed spa/sauna area all to myself, fun and relaxing. Oddly, the room amenities were spare: one liquid soap/shampoo combo product was it, had to rent(!) a spa robe. But the low-season price, included breakfast, spa with treatments, and gorgeous area...

"The room was very clean which made our overnight stay nice. The bed is old and you can feel the springs, anyways is good for a night. Que breakfast buffet is 15€ per adult, which I thought it was okey comparing other hotels we have stayed at in Germany, but this breakfast was not as expected, the quality is 5/10, variety 6.5/10. The restaurant next to the hotel is Italian, average 18€ per person, it was. 10/10, excellent service and tasty food. "
