"The hotel was excellent, it was really modern and well located. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (we had a courtyard facing room which was also very quiet). The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and had excellent local knowledge. The choice and quality of breakfast was exceptional and again, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Prior to our stay, we couldn’t find any information on the hotel website regarding car parking, so paid £9 to park opposite the hotel for about 5 minutes while we checked in. We then found out that and the hotel has an arrangement with the St James shopping centre car park, and they offer a large is discount for hotel customers. "

Indoors thoughtfully updated. The staff were skilled - professional, courteous and very friendly. We took a Compact room at a reasonable price. It was well designed, spotless, comfortable and quiet.
