"Every thing was tip top.. I had travelled on my motorbike and they allowed me to secure it around to back of the hotel out of sight.. all very helpful the room was to a high standard and very clean."

"The staff were efficient and friendly. They seemed genuinely happy to have us in their establishment, and offered valuable recommendations. The view was amazing, the garden was beautiful and peaceful. The only annoyance had to do with flies and a mysterious bug inside the room on the windows. It was warm and sunny when we visited, so it wasn’t a shock. We’ll be on holiday for 2.5 weeks this time around, and we will have visited an additional 5 places (hotels, B&Bs, and a cottage). So far, Invernairne has been our favorite. We plan to return."

Five stars simply don’t seem enough to reflect the experience we had. "What a beautifully created small hotel with views to die for. The food, both dinner and breakfast could not be faulted. The staff really made sure we were well looked after. We will definitely be back. One very small suggestion. Due to the very clean and modern lines of the bar and restaurant sound echoes can make it difficult to hear. As we have seen in other restaurants there is the easy solution of sound absorbing panels to mount to the walls/ceiling. These can even be printed with pictures to disguise their purpose and add local interest. Otherwise don't change a thing. It is so near perfect."
