Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. "Excellent listing very accurate . Great location right on the sea wall with great views of the sweeping beaches . Very nice apartment and well appointed. The kettle could do with a descale but everything else was fabulous and that they allow a dog. The fish and chip shop nearby was super and the 2 pubs in either direction also The detailed communications for check in and reminder for check out time were helpful. Thanks !"

"We came for our 10 year anniversary and It was the best staycation I’ve ever had. So natural, peaceful, enjoyable and a real break from reality. We had the best time and the little details are so thought out even down to all the info you’re sent before your stay that you can save as an app to your phone. The lambs are the cutest especially when they get zoomies of an evening. Bed was super comfy. The food boxes are lovely too. 10/10 and will be returning"

"Despite the heatwave, we had a very comfortable stay. Cosy double bed and our daughter loved the bunk bed. Handy little kitchenette, and it's easy to have barbecues. Our daughter loved looking after the baby lambs. Kristina kindly let her feed milk to them several times during our stay."

"We stayed with our dog for two nights. Mccanns is perfectly located, Tenterden within easy reach. We use the tap room the one night, nice beer & pizza. Challenger is located beside the other other three units right next to the car park overlooking a small field. The unit has good facilities, covering most needs for a comfortable break. Some nice touches, complementary items including milk. Has a massive shower/wet room & seperate bedroom with open access to the lounge/kitchen area. I would say...

"Room was very clean but this third party check in is for the birds. Foreign country / no available internet to look up info. Thanks to a lovely shop owner we were able to contact the host. He said he didn’t receive my info but I had sent it. What happened - who knows. So I had to resend it with the help of our wonderful shop owner friend! More to the story but I just want to forget the awful experience!"
