"Manager of the hotel acted like she was trying to help us, but got really rude, when we decided to go elsewhere, She then told me and my family of 8 we had 15 minutes to get out. I will never forget that experience and will never spend another dollar with them, so I hope you enjoy the 500 that we did spend. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone that I care about."

"We know the hotel can't control the weather, but we were surprised by the lack of effort to offer some kid friendly activities with 4 straight days of rain. Other issues we encountered: 1) our shower looked like it was never cleaned. The same 2 pieces of hair were stuck on the tile when we arrived and left. Lots of mold too. 2) my husband took my tween daughters to the gym with him (since we were all going stir crazy from the 3rd straight day of rain!) They were rudely informed at the desk that the girls were not allowed to work out and would have to sit and watch my husband. 3) the indoor pool had several leaks in the ceiling, along with lots of dead geckos. We tried to get lunch afterwards, but pretty much every restaurant (besides the pizza place and pool restaurant) was closed. Ended up having a long wait for a table at Surfcaster. One food runner spilled a plate of chips on my husband and all over the floor and mumbled "I'll come back to clean that up" but never did. Then after waiting 35 mins for our cocktails, we were told the beverage ticket blew away and glasses broke, so that's why there was a long wait. 4) the refrigerator in our room was broken 5) the toilet in my daughters' room only occasionally flushed. 6) lots of maintenance needed in our "hallway". The "Exit" sign was broken broken and hanging my a thread. There were old beverage glasses (not ours!) sitting outside our room for 2 days. A champagne flute fell over and broke. Used qtips scattered "
