"The experience was rather ordinary. We stayed here when it was the Byron at Byron resort and had a wonderful stay. This time the lack of service and attention was notable. My complaint was handled reasonably well however there was another customers complaining at Reception when I checked out. My credit card was billed for dinner which we didn’t have there, the rooms were tired and the staff not attentive or interested. Given the price point I would’ve expected more."

"No Towel rails in bathroom, shower so small that you touched the curtain when showering. No door or consatina folding door on bedroom opening & could see straight to the street when in bed. Bed so close to the wall that you had to climb over or push the bed against the cupboard which meant no access to cupboard. It is the only cabin we have ever stayed in where the bedside table is at the bottom of the bed, with no bedside tables next to the bed. All in all the stay was pleasurable so we hope you do not have any more cabins the same as that one. The photos of the cabin online looked much more spacious."

"Compact unit with ample facilities in a good location in Sussex Park easy walking distance to Tallow Beach. Reasonable value for money. Glen was helpful and friendly. "

"Beautifully warm welcome by the owner, the property is in fantastic location close to everything in and around Byron. Our families loved hanging out by the pool and dining outside for all meals. Patting and feeding apples to the Shetland pony & horse were an added surprise bonus!"

"What an awesome location with the beach a block away and 10 min drive into Byron Bay. Our host gave us some great restaurants...Bang Bang and Moon Light but make sure you book it. The studio was perfect for us and it was very clean ...highly recommend "
