"The staff were really helpful when the heavy rain caused the ceiling in our apartment to leak badly. When we got the new apartment the kitchen wasnt fully clean with sauce splatters on the walls and a bit of an odor in the toilet that was there for the remainder of our stay. The pool needs some tlc but overall ee enjoyed our stay and would consider using the brand again on other locations."

"This is my second time staying here. It's easily accessible from the airport and to Basel city. You can get to Basel SSB station in 15mins. It's so such a quiet location. I will definitely be coming back again soon."

"The room was beautiful and the staff were welcoming in the evening and delightful even at 3:30 am. Because of our early flight out we were unable to try breakfast, but the staff was more than eager to get something to take with us if we wanted. There is also a very quaint restaurant that served delicious gourmet food and wonderful wines. Definitely worth another visit."

"Very helpful staff with good English which was welcome after a long day on the road. Property had excellent parking facilities too. Could probably do with a bit of TLC but was clean and good for an overnight stay."

"Basic but good, clean and comfortable beds. AC works, but made some really wierd water gargling noises (needs looking at). Great shower! And good that it has Parking right outside. Also close to supermarket etc.."

"Air conditioner was a mobile one Exhaust was a hose with no outlet and had to be hung out the window to function. Therefore you could not close window."
