"The room itself looked ok, but there were many issues in the room: - The switch to turn on the fan in the bathroom was broken - There were stains on the shower curtain - There was long black hair on one of the towers (mind you I was there by myself and my hair is light brown) - there was a couple of visible stains on the carpet - one piece of furniture had been scratched on the bottom and was missing some paint - There was visible hair and other debris in the indoor pool, and the water was warm, but disgusting"
