Sunset Seaker - Sound front Condo with Pool

  • Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay 2 minutes from the beach. This is a top floor (3rd floor) condo at Oyster Pointe Condominiums in Kill Devil Hills. 2 bed 2 bath with outdoor pool (open 5/20/26-10/1/26), tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Many restaurants, public beach accesses, Avalon Pier, and grocery stores within 1 mile of the condo. There are nice bike trails by the condo that take you down the sound shore or to the Wright Brothers Monument.

    This condo is on the top floor (3rd floor) and stairs are the only way to access it. No elevator available.

    What’s provided:
    - 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
    - 1 roll of paper towels
    - bath towels and hand cloths
    - sheets for beds
    - dishwashing pods
    - 2 beach chairs and a umbrella
    - 4 beach towels
    - ground coffee, filters, sugar, creamer

    What to bring:
    - washing machine detergent

    Optional E-Bike and Beach Cruiser Rentals:
    E-bikes and beach cruisers available to rent from your host dropped off at your condo. E-bike $60/day and beach cruisers $15/day. More details are in the condo or message me before your arrival to have these ready.

The condo was very neat and very clean and had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The condo was very quiet. The deck overlooks the sound and marshes. The sunsets were beautiful. The living room and dining room had beautiful views of the sound. The complex in tucked in behind a quiet neighborhood and borders the sound. We would stay here again.

SHORT STAY

Overnight trip for a 5K run and the view and accommodations were amazing. Perfect location and great for a quick trip or week at the beach. Close to everything.
