"Great location and friendly checkin. Place is bigger than you think and we went upstairs and down some hallways and doors to our room. The room was perfect with a little seating area to watch things go by with a view of the bay. Dinner was delicious with a good selection (book early) and breakfast was cooked to your request. The full Irish breakfast was excellent! All in all a great hotel and restaurant with a bar and ideally placed. Loved it."

"May be the nicest VRBO we’ve ever visited. This place is pristine. Dermot was very nice to meet us at check in to give an overview of the property. Place is super quiet with incredible views of the water. 13 min drive to Ballybunion. Hope to come back! Thanks Detmot!"

"Our family of 8 just returned from a wonderful trip to Ireland, and our stay at the boat house was one of the best things about it! The house was perfect for our family- everyone had their own private bed and bath, very comfy, with wonderful views from every room. Our favorite things to do were watching the horses, especially the cute little foal being quite naughty to his patient mother, and watching the boats go by on the other side and the tide coming in and going out. Also we loved walking up the lane, all the beautiful wildflowers, not to mention the beautiful flowers at the house. This house is truly a gem, we all wanted to stay longer. Michelle is a wonderful host, so welcoming and had delicious scones and bread waiting fot us. We would stay again for sure!"
