Chic and Remodeled Royal Mauian Beachfront | Ground Floor Oceanfront Living

The property is ideally situated between two of Maui’s most beautiful and popular sandy beaches, both only moments away.

There is a particular kind of joy that comes with a ground floor unit at the Royal Mauian. You open your private lanai doors, step out onto the lush lawn, and suddenly the turquoise Pacific is right there, close enough to hear every wave, close enough to feel the salt air on your skin, close enough to spot a honu gliding through the water or a whale breaching on the horizon during season. Unit 106 does not just offer a vacation. It offers a front row seat to one of the most beautiful places on earth.

This pristine, fully remodeled two bedroom retreat has been designed with a chic, beachside elegance that feels fresh, bright, and completely inviting from the moment you step inside. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the stylish interiors to the high quality finishes throughout, creating a space that feels as beautiful as the landscape surrounding it.

The private lanai is one of the true highlights of this unit. Whether you are savoring your morning coffee as the sun rises over Haleakala, unwinding with an evening beverage as the sky turns purple and orange over the Pacific, or simply sitting in the quiet joy of a warm Hawaiian afternoon, this lanai has a way of making time slow down in the very best way. Kamaole I Beach, renowned for its exceptional swimming and snorkeling, is just steps from your door, and the gentle sound of the waves is your constant companion throughout the day.

Inside, the open floor plan flows beautifully from the fully equipped kitchen through the living area and out to the lanai. The kitchen is a standout, featuring bamboo cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, and ample counter space for preparing island inspired meals with ease and enjoyment. The living area is comfortable and stylish, with a smart TV and a sofa bed that gives your group of up to 6 guests plenty of room to relax and unwind together.

The primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary with a king bed, a smart TV, ocean views that greet you every morning, and a private entrance leading directly to the lanai. The en suite bathroom features granite countertops and a beautifully designed block style shower that feels more boutique hotel than vacation rental. The second bedroom is equally well appointed with its own en suite bathroom, granite countertops, and the same gorgeous block shower, ensuring every guest enjoys their own sense of privacy and luxury.

Every room in the unit has its own split AC system for personalized comfort, and ceiling fans throughout keep the tropical breezes flowing beautifully. An in unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and stay as long as Maui will have you, and smart TVs in every room ensure that rainy afternoons, if they ever come, are just as comfortable as sunny ones.

Beyond your lanai, the Royal Mauian continues to delight. Take a dip in the heated freshwater pool, browse the library on the second floor for your next great read, or make your way up to the rooftop garden where BBQ facilities and breathtaking 360 degree views of the ocean and Haleakala create the perfect setting for an unforgettable sunset dinner. During whale watching season, keep your eyes on the horizon because the rooftop is one of the best spots on the property to catch a glimpse of these magnificent creatures.

Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and an umbrella are all provided in the unit, so you can head straight to the sand with everything you need. With Kamaole Beach I and II just steps away, the only question is which beach calls to you first.

Right outside the complex, Kihei wraps around you with everything a great vacation needs. Beloved local restaurants, charming cafes, refreshing Hawaiian shave ice, boutique souvenir shops, snorkel rentals, a surf school, a general store, and Hawaiian Moons health food store are all within easy walking distance. For those who want to explore further, Kihei is ideally situated just 20 minutes from Maui airport and offers seamless access to all corners of the island, from the award winning golf courses and fine dining of Wailea to the lush valleys and dramatic coastlines of the Road to Hana. Renting a car is the best way to make the most of everything Maui has to offer, and there are excellent options available nearby.

To honor the aloha spirit for all guests and residents at the Royal Mauian, we kindly ask that occupancy remain at a maximum of 6 people at all times, including adults, children and infants. The property is smoke free, one parking space is included per unit, and exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas for everyone's comfort and security.
