Kamaole Beach Royale #311 supplies beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! The unit sleeps up to 4 guests.

We were missing having an umbrella for the beach but had chairs to use. We would stay here agsin. They accommodated our late flight out so we could stay till 7pm for a fee but totally worth it!

Just like home

We chose this propery because we love Kam 1 beach and it's the perfect location for all the things we like to do. We love that it is a 2 min walk across the street to the beach. We will be using this property for all our future travels. This unit served all our needs very well for the ten day stay.

AC throughout with a view

We loved having AC in all the rooms and having a great view of the ocean. There are a few quirks about the place that I would change if I could, but overall it was great. Like others have said, you can’t really use the freezer because it’s close to the wall.

Great location in Kihei

Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park that has a great sandy beach, easy to get into the ocean or just sit on grassy area above to enjoy sunsets. This 3rd floor has views of the ocean and bedrooms are quiet side of the building so no road noise. Condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Community BBQ and dining area on 7th floor was very fun and nice.
