"A wonderful eco resort! Cute bungalow's with compost toilets. We slept with all the windows and doors open to enjoy the ocean breeze. staff and food fantastic. Good snorkelling. Coconut crab night walk was fascinating. We climbed up the lighthouse and walked around the island on low tide - saw heaps of starfish and crabs! We also relaxed in the swinging day beds and read our books. 4 nights was a lovely amount of time if you can…but lots just came for 1 night."

A special mention to the beautiful honeymoon and birthday decorations! 🥹❤️ They were so pretty and thoughtfully done, making our stay feel even more special. It was such a lovely touch and made our celebrations extra memorable. As someone who is vegetarian, I was especially pleased with the variety of vegan and vegetarian food options available. There was a great selection of delicious food, and it was wonderful to have options to enjoy throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the beginning of our married life together. Thank you to the entire Kwanza Resort team for making our honeymoon so unforgettable. "Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. Also I noticed they had a notification board for information but having daily itineraries either available in print in the room or on the tv would have been helpful. Despite the staff being overall helpful, it did appear to be perferential treatment towards certain guests. On more than one occasion I sat in the dining room awaiting acknowledgement and service while other guests who arrived after me received prompt service. The rooms were well maintained and our room attendant decorated our bed daily which was appreciated. I wished snacks were available late night. Having 24 hour bar service with no food options was a disappointment. The daily buffet selections were nice. Special shout out to our tour guide Ali, and bar attendant Anderson."
