This hotel is absolutely tremendous and very much our “go to” when in Kharkiv. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always top notch. They do an excellent job in the circumstances of the full-scale war.

Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs.
