We are a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails, and natural wonders. And we're just 6.9 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year!

Great Condo!
Our stay was wonderful! The hosts were quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. The shuttle to Mountain Haus Base Area was right out the front door and super easy to navigate! And the path down to the Lakeside area was perfect for the pond hockey tournament we were in town for. A great place for our family of 5 to call home for a few days.
A great location and space inside and out. I was in Keystone for a conference and had planed to stay longer with family joining but had to shorten my stay. The garage is great especially for taller vehicles. The ceilings are high making the space feel bigger and open but does lend to quite a few stairs to get to the third level. Great views and access to a hot tub, paths, trails, the river walk to the pond and a short drive to larger restaurants and stores. Will stay here again when I’m looking to return to Keystone.
This condo was great - spacious and fully stocked, great location. Each bedroom had plenty of room, and the bathrooms were nice. Would stay here again.

We loved staying on Keystone and without hesitation we will rent this townhome for our next trip to CO. Check-in process was super easy and the property manager was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions. Overall, a great place to stay!
# big beds is key for adults and great for many families. Everyone fit! Basic furniture but worked well all around including comfortable family room with fireplace and big kitchen table.

Nice large townhome Perfect for a meeting at the conference center or skiing the slopes. Beautiful surroundings with room for a family or a bunch of friends. The owners were readily accessible and super accommodating
Nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. Super comfy beds. Very quiet and relaxing place to be after a day on the mountain. The silver line bus stops just steps away from the condo. Also an easy walk to the ice skating rink and Bighorn Bistro for dinner.

Awesome layout and location
Property was in convenient location. Owner was very helpful with resolving issues. Minor repairs needed.
The condo is spacious and the 3 bathrooms were a bonus for my family. My 84 year old mother came on the trip and she was so happy with access to the garage to enter the home. It really is an immaculate home.
Mat and Penni were quick to respond to our requests! Beautiful condo with lots of room for everyone. Loved the sound of the running water from the creek behind the condo. We will stay here again!
Great property, more than .02 miles from Conf center
This was a great property! Very accurate listing except it said .02 miles from conference center which was our reason for choosing it. Other than that, it was super easy to check in and out, very clear expectations and quite clean. The deck was nice with a great view. Rooms were spacious with nice baths. Would recommend!
The location of this property is ideal! It is peaceful and quite, with the lovely sound of the Snake River as a backdrop. It is an easy walk down to the Keystone Village, and easy access to hiking and biking trails. Having two king beds was wonderful ... and the garage is awesome!! Definitely somewhere we would like to stay again!

Place was very nice. As advertised. If you’ve used other rental companies in the I-70 corridor, you have probably seen the ‘bait and switch’ game many companies play. ITrip and AirBnB are legit and you get the place you booked on line! I highly recommend!

Comfortable townhome in the heart of Keystone
We had a lovely stay at this comfortable townhome in Keystone. We found both the location and the floorplan excellent for our needs. We were close to hiking trails, grocery stores, and Dillon lake. A creek runs right behind the condo with a little trail to be enjoyed for an evening walk. Mat, our local itrip agent went over and beyond to make our stay peaceful and comfortable. Thank you, Mat. We recommend both itrip Keystone and this townhome.
Great location with easy access to Keystone and walking paths
This condo is located near a bus stop and to walking paths. Very spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint was we arrived very late after travel delays and the condo wasn't super clean when we arrived. It was during high season of Spring Break so maybe cleaning crew was rushed. Did a quick clean up in two of the bathrooms and it was fine. Overall, a great place to stay and owners were very easy to work with.
The property is a basic mountain house with few frills but a good set up for a family with two teens and aunt and uncle. The shuttle is right across the property, just to the left (yellow line) which takes you to Mountain House. Important note that the property owner could not help us with, getting to River Run via shuttle is much more difficult. If you set up ski lessons, do so at mountain house for convenience. The parking was great and the garage fits a ford expedition easily. Additional parking for a second car was on the driveway and worked well. The kitchen is well stocked, though we brought our own nespresso machine because we aren’t Keurig fans. We could have used a basic pair of scissors. The beds and bedding were basic but adequate. Unfortunately, the hot tub only worked 1 day the entire week we were there and the jets and steam room never worked. The communication regarding this could have been better. We got a response that they would notify the HOA but no follow up to know whether it was fixed. Overall, we had a good stay especially for the price.

Per the instructions for check out I am letting you know of the many damages we noticed during our stay.
Downstairs bedroom/ bathroom..
lamp shade broken, door knob missing from closet, in bathroom far right bottom cabinet off the hinges.
Upstairs back bedroom…
Bed broken, closet doesn’t shut properly, knob off cabinet on far right in bathroom, knob off too drawer in bathroom, bathroom door/knob doesn’t shut properly. Door knob into bedroom very loose.
Bedroom over kitchen…
Radiator on floor in bathroom is bent. Door knob into bedroom loose.
radiator vents bent around condo. We also couldn’t get the heat to go down so it was very hot during our stay.
Cleanliness…
The property was very dusty and not cleaned as advertised.
Overall we were extremely disappointed with the conditions of this condo. We paid a lot of money to stay here and looked at many other condos. I will be leaving a review of our stay on VRBO. We appreciate the maintenance worker coming the day after we found the broken bed and the $175 discount. However, that does not make up for the conditions of the condo or the trouble we went through trying to fix the bed so we could sleep on it.
