Easy Access to Peru Lift!

This luxury condo has all the amenities of home. The decor is upscale as only a professional decorator can do!. It is very spacious, with amazing views and amenities. The complex is right next to the Snake River and protected wetlands as well as ski lifts.
The sleeping accommodations include: 3 Bedrooms, 3 full Baths (Sleeps 8-10 comfortably). The Master Bedroom has a high-end King bed. and adjoining bathroom with double sinks with granite counter tops. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed that you can enjoy the view of the slopes out the giant picture window. The main bathroom also has a steam shower in it along with stone walls, heated floor and granite counter tops. The 3rd Bedroom: is perfect for the kids, it has 1 twin bunk bed and 1 full sized set of bunk beds' this room also has a private bath with a large walk in shower with gorgeous stone walls and heated floors. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV with cable access.
It is a short walk to the Mountain House lifts. In the Summer it is a short bike ride or 20 minute walk to the gondola in River Run. The gondola runs in the summer as well to take you and your mountain bike up or have lunch at the top of the mountain. There are lots of weekend events.. We have one of the best views in the resort (ski runs in winter--day & night skiing); the Snake River, beaver ponds, and mountainside in summer, the leaves in the fall are spectacular!.
We have a private Hot Tub in the condo, built into a bay window. This gives you a panoramic view of the ski runs right from the hot tub. It has room for 4 adults. The Hot tub room windows can be opened for cold air if you want to feel the cool breeze.
It has about 1,000 square foot living room with a River Rock Stone fireplace (wood provided). A big screen TV with tons of cable channels., 2 oversized club chairs and a comfy couch.
The oversized kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a coffee maker a Keurig, a water and ice dispenser, and extra room to eat or use as a serving area. The dining room table will seat 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. The bar in the kitchen has extra bar stools to expand the eating area as well. There are plenty of dishes both for eating and serving. We have tried to think of all the things we like to use and made sure they are available to our guests as well.
The unit has a Washer/dryer in it; not that doing laundry on vacation is something we look forward to doing, but it is nice to be able to dry the swimsuits and towels when you get done hot tubing!
There is a huge wall of cubbies (ask your kids what these are!) perfect to keep all that extra stuff that you need on vacation!
There are only 2 condos per floor in our building, so you have a lot of privacy. It is an unusually private and secluded unit, but very close to activities.
The deck has seating for 6. It is the perfect people-watching spot. It looks out over the bike/walking path, the wetlands, and the ski slopes. We love to sit on the deck and have our morning coffee or lunch.
You can easily walk to the Peru Express lift, 7 restaurants, night spots (live music), an internet/sports cafe (12 flat-screen TVs), and a full-service day spa (massages, facials, etc.).
We enjoy this unit as much in the summer as in the winter!
