Modern 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with nice size balcony overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. California king bed in Master Bedroom and luxury king bed in the guest bedroom. Two living room sofas adds extra sitting. Nicely decorated with a Key West Flair. Full kitchen with all appliances, washer/dryer, electric range and microwave. Central air conditioning with ceiling fans. Flat screen TV and Wireless Internet provided. Large pool with hot tub and sauna. Lighted tennis court. Gated community with BBQ area. Dedicated, covered parking spot.

Note: The property is set up for no contact check-in. Two inflatable twin size blow up mattress are provided for additional guest over four. Max allowed is six guests.

Rooms were clean and view is to die for. Hostess very quick to respond to messages. Plenty of room for 4 people. Quiet area but of course close to everything.I can’t say enough positive things about this place. I would definitely stay here again!

Came to Key West for our son’s wedding. It was a perfect place for us. Very clean and Roberta was very prompt responding to questions I had. Even willing to go above and beyond to help us. I would definitely recommend.

It was an unfortunate experience. Overall, the condo is old and rundown. The pictures online do not match what the condo really looks like. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom does not work, the blinds are held together with masking tape, the air conditioner did not work, the sliding glass door onto the balcony from the bedroom and the living room were incredibly hard to open, the tile on the balcony is broken and loose, the bed in the master bedroom is broken (being lifted up on books and window shutters), the TV's are so old and small (comical actually), the from door is not very secure. It just wasn't up to our standards. The chairs that they have in the condo for your use should be thrown in the garbage, unless you carry extra tetanus shots with you due to all of the rust. The bedding is from 1980 and so scratchy and rough. The list could go on and on. The owners are from California and probably have no idea the condition of their condo as they rely on their property manager, who is a joke. There are many other places that are beautiful, as we have been there many times. If this one was fixed up and modernized, it would be great. Yes, the host did fix the air conditioner after we reported it, after her snide comment about it being 73 in the unit and 73 outside. Well, we are from up north, 73 is warm to us.

Location is amazing! Condo was great, basically had everything we needed to cook, but could have had a few more pots/pans (were foodies so we cook a lot) but we made due and got by. Pool and hot tub was great! The covered parking was nice helped keep the car cool so we didn’t sweat our butts off when we went out. Litterally walked across to the beach an snorkeled for 3 hours! Sunsets were spectacular! Close to town. Overall decor could use some updating, but that’s just an opinion, the beds were super comfortable and the view was spectacular! Our host was awesome, great communication! Would definitely stay here again, and have already had friends ask us for the listing!

Family vacation great spot!

The unit was a great size and the upgraded furniture was a good choice from what was there before. Everything was in working order except the door hinge you had to wiggle or lift the door for the lock to go into place. Also the oven doesnt heat up properly- but we made it work. If you are not planning to cook many meals then it shouldn’t be an issue. Unit view is amazing! And we had one vehicle covered parking which was excellent especially when brining up groceries in the rain. The property is nice with a nice pool, tennis court. Unit is facing the ocean and it was beautiful. We did travel during sargassum season .. so the smell is off putting but the location of the property is very convenient to the beach and airport. There is a water sports vendor right across the street which was convenient for rentals and parasailing. We love Duval but liked that the property was further away when we were ready to get away and relax in a more quiet area. Great for families with enough space in the unit for the 5 of us. Property management was amazing With communication and instructions. We had a wonderful time! The unit still needs some upgrades like the flooring but other than that, everything is wonderful! Will book again.

Vacation in paradise

The condo was perfect!!! Close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings on the balcony. Pool was clean. Grounds are beautiful. We look forward to staying here next year!!

Nice getaway!

Perfect little spot for us. The unit is clean and has everything we needed. Awesome view from the living area and from the master bedroom. We rented a golf cart for the week. It was perfect for all of our outings. I would recommend some kind of transportation.

Mother/daughter girls trip

I chose this property as it was ocean view, which it was. Easy access to the beach. Easy for deliveries and Uber pick ups. The only complaint was that the elevator was down due to a power surge the week before, but that was due to a storm and nothing could help that. We had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs, not a big deal for my sister and I, but difficult for our 73 year old mother. The property manager was great - quick responses to questions/concerns. If you have someone that needs handicap accessibility, this would not work if elevator was down. It was clean and bright. Deck was great for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. Kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Plenty of towels. Having laundry was great as we were caught up before we left.

Great location. Fish across the street. Rent bikes!

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The unit itself is a little dated, but it was clean and the location was great. We biked everywhere and never got in the car once. The husbands could fish a jetty literally right outside the door and we were a quick bike ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property. It was close to Smathers Beach. We could watch and hear the ocean from the deck every day. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach. We wanted to stay away from the Bustle of downtown so this was perfect. We had a place to park are car if we wanted to Uber. The owner responded quickly to any question we had. We enjoyed the property pool and hot tub. The building is older, but clean and kept up. It was not extravagant or fancy, but met our needs for our trip. We did use utensils etc to cook breakfast several mornings.

The resort and balcony views were beautiful. The condo was clean and accommodating. The condo could use some updating, but the price point reflected the dated decor (especially old carpet). Would recommend to others.
