Large keys stilt home in beach community

2100 sq foot silt home with private beach access across from John pennecamp state park. 3 bed, 3.5 bathrooms. Upstairs room is 670 sq ft, has view of the gulf and a large Cali-king. The place is truely a perfect summer home. We have several kayaks and paddle boards included with rental. Beach pass and access is included. Parking on property allows 4 cars, trucks to safely be parked under home. washer and dryer in wash room available for use. WiFi and TVs in every room amounting to 5 useable televisions. John pennecamp state park is within a mile of driving and allows you to experience the reef and mangroves in its entirety. 3 mins from the worlds greatest diving, snorkeling and swimming. 15 mins from the world famous fishing village of Islamorada. 45 mins from marathon and an hour and half to key west for day trips.
